This high-quality Italian-made Airway Abrasive Pad measures 10 x 3 inches and is constructed from 4 layers of non-woven nylon mesh saturated with Aluminum Oxide at a Medium Grit level. This is ideal for achieving a uniform finish—one that is neither too aggressive nor too gentle.

- Sanding inside narrow channels, such as rim grooves.
- Light rust removal.
- Achieving a decorative satin finish.
- Lightly breaking sharp edges.
The Airway (Pleated) Design 🌀 ensures continuous ventilation, preventing heat buildup. This maintains the smoothness of the finish and prevents surface rippling.
🛠️ The pad does not require a "raking" process (dressing) and is used without pastes or polishing compounds.
🔩 It must be mounted using a Flange Set or a Center Reducer Plate to ensure correct and secure installation.
⚠️ Operational Warning:
You must not exceed 1,300 RPM, as Airway pads are not designed to operate at high speeds. Running at excessive speeds may lead to material damage or melting, which will compromise its lifespan and spoil the final result.
